About Me: I combine spiritual and traditional healing. I heal through the spirit and truth and combine this with a background in psychology and my understanding of the human condition to help those I work with to get back to Wholeness. Throughout my career, I have been integrating spiritual with traditional work, intervening by God's grace. The work that I do is in attempts to answer my calling. I'm excited to see how I can use my gifts and knowledge to assist you to do what you want, live how you want and be who you truly are: Whole: I look forward to working with you!
I see clients in individual, couples, family and group sessions.
Common Struggles: I often work with those with Anxiety, Abuse Issues, Panic, Mood Issues, Eating Issues, Acne, PMS and related mental health struggles, Relationship and Family Issues, Grief and Loss. In addition...I work with individuals who are High Achievers, Executives, Professionals, Business Builders and others who want guidance with Manifestation, Twin Flame Issues and Success.
Clients who work with me can come to feel unstuck, feel a sense of accomplishment and feel that they are starting to live their best lives!

Services:
Sessions: Sessions via video, in-person and via phone typically range from 45-60 minutes. Extended sessions are available as needed. Short-term sessions are designed for more short-lived issues. This might include upcoming job interviews or a "makeover" for an upcoming date. More consistent weekly sessions are available for long-term struggles. Premarital sessions available!
Potential Benefits:
Many individuals who are successful receive compliments from others for their many achievements, but they continue to feel stuck. They believe they can achieve more, but feel a block. Clients dealing with blocks to success can work to understand how they got stuck and free themselves up to truly achieve everything they desire.
Many coping with anxiety feel like they will always react to certain situations the same way and feel restricted in their activities. Clients dealing with anxiety can work with me to reduce their symptoms and free up time and energy to focus on and get involved in the things that really matter.
Many individuals are unhappy with their lives but feel they must always do what pleases others. Clients who have struggled to let go of the past can work with me to tell their truth and begin to pursue the things they truly love rather than suffering through each day as they let others' opinions heavily influence their decisions.
Groups:
Virtual Reality Group: This ongoing group will allow clients to use their imagination, role-play and other resources to create the lives they truly desire. Clients may be amazed at what they can pull into reality!
Creator's Group:This 12-week group will explore how group members have created their lives thus far and steps they can take to use spiritual and other forces to move toward living the lives they have desired.
Success Group:This 16-week group will explore the laws of success with support from The Law of Success written by Napoleon Hill, famed author of Think and Grow Rich!
Parenting Seminar:During this six-week seminar, parents receive encouragement to continue to work to gain more understanding, increase and enhance their skills to strengthen familial relationships, improve communication skills and make interactions with family members more enjoyable.
Weight Loss Group:This 13-week group will explore past issues group members have faced in attempts to achieve weight goals and steps members can take to move toward achieving their goals.
Abuse Survivors' Group:During this 9-week group, participants share experiences with other survivors, learn strategies to manage their experiences, explore and and learn to reduce the impact of their abuse and explore ways to live "post-abuse."
Children's Group:This is an ongoing group for children 8-10 years old and will address various issues, including, but not limited to mood issues, familial disruption and social skills.

Initial Conversation: Free!!!!
Individual 45-60 Minutes:$150
Couples/Families 45-60 Minutes:$175-200
Initial Meeting:$175-225
Groups: $25-50
Note: Payment is due at each session, preferably made by cash or check. Currently, I am not in-network with any insurance companies. I am happy to provide documents that clients may submit to seek to be reimbursed through out-of-network benefits for "outpatient therapy" or "behavioral health" services. Some reasons I currently do not participate in insurance panels include the following:
-I can protect clients' privacy
-We can focus on the whole client, rather than pathology
-My clients and I can determine together the number of sessions needed
-Clients are empowered to take charge of their health and invest in their wellness
Other Information: I continue to communicate information regarding the impact of nutrition on mental health during sessions! Also, ask about sessions focused on finding love and dating successfully and groups focused on creativity and play for adults interested in "programming" themselves for success!
